How to order? 
All orders are processed on our website morbidapparel.com. Simply add to cart your selected items then proceed to checkout.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we do shipping nationwide through our partner couriers (Gogo Xpress, Abest, LBC, DHL)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Really faster than average! It’s 2-4 days within Metro Manila while it’s 4-10 days for Provincial areas outside MNL. It’s because of the COVID-19 situation but we are really working hard to send your package as soon as possible! 

What are your payment methods?
In times like this, we are as flexible as a rubber band, fam! We offer Cash-on-Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and GCash! What’s the most convenient for you?

I ordered the wrong size. Do you guys replace it? 

We only replace products if we shipped you the wrong design/product or if it’s damaged. But if you really wanted to have your order changed, email us your concern or contact us through order@morbidapparel.com

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee will depend on your quantity of your order(s) and its weight. The starting price of the shipping fee will be P197 and will increase depending on the weight of your item(s) and location.  

Where’s the Size Chart?

Click on the particular shirt you want and before you hit the ‘add to cart’ button, notice that there is a box on the right size which indicates ‘size chart’ and you may view the dimensions of the said piece there

Do you guys accept international orders?

Yes. Just follow the steps on how to order online, except after your orders have been received, what you should do next is email us (order@morbidapparel.com) your order number and shipping details and we will respond with the adjusted cost and total amount of your payment.

Failed Delivery/ Returned to sender/ Abandoned Packages

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (MORBID APPAREL) at the customer’s expense.

If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local courier center for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (MORBID APPAREL) at the customer’s expense. 

Damaged/Opened Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at order@morbidapparel.com
